This bike is as special a machine as we have ever built. It was created for a local rider who has won UCI World, European and National titles on the track. In homage we built and painted this RX55 frameset for her – liverying it with UCI and national champ stripes. Against white gloss paint it is as classic a training bike as you can imagine, whilst having endless get up and go. She uses it for distance miles and also for focused effort sessions. She loves it and the bike loves it!
The build is simple and classic. Bullfinch RX55 chassis, high end Whisky audax fork with Chris King headset, Ultegra groupset, and Hope handbuilt wheels… and mudguards too. Braking is provided by TRP’s unparalleled deep drop stoppers.
