Our Custom Bike Programme
Red Kite Cycles is a specialist local bike shop with widely recognised skills in designing and building custom bikes from the frame upwards. Yes we sell some of the industry’s absolute best off-the-peg bikes, but this area of the website is dedicated to our efforts to innovate and capture our customers’ individuality.
Through this gallery you will see a mix of new custom designed and built bikes by us, but also there are occasional restoration projects of bikes from the illustrious past of our sport. To accompany those older classics we occasionally add gallery photos of a special bike that visits the shop for service or just “show and tell”, where the owner wants to share their bike with us and trade knowledge and ideas about projects.
